Devoted brother of Leigh Henel-Aitcheson.
Adoring uncle of Gavin and Zoe Aitcheson.
Loving godson of Debbie and Chuck Godfrey.
Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, step-siblings, friends and caregivers.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather for a Celebration of Adam's Life at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William (near Harlem) Saturday, August 26, 2017, from 11 AM-2 PM where a prayer service will be held at 1 PM.
Flowers gratefully declined.
