The former Alicia A. Galza passed away on November 19, 2014 at the age of 72 and was retired from the Operations Department at HSBC Bank, in Buffalo, NY.

Alicia was the beloved wife of the late Joseph C. "Joe Kay" Koscielniak and devoted mother of Kevin (Patricia) Koscielniak, Andrea (John) Galvin Jr. and Mark (Kimberly) Koscielniak.

As well as the loving grandmother of Joshua Koscielniak, Nicholas Koscielniak, Collin Koscielniak, Shannon Galvin, Jayson Koscielniak and John Galvin III.

Dearest sister of the late Joseph (late Suzzanne) Galza and also survived by nephews.

Family will be present on Tuesday from 9 - 11 AM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William Street where Funeral Services will follow visitation at 11 AM. Rev. Michael Parker will be Officiating.

Interment will follow at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Cheektowaga, NY.
