The former Ann Cieslak, passed away peacefully at Buffalo General Hospital , on Saturday, April 4, 2015, at the age of 70,  She was a former nurse's aide at Beechwood Nursing Home, in Getzville, New York and was the Daughter of the late Pearl Lawniczak and late Michael F. Cieslak.

Annie was the beloved wife of Robert J. Betlewicz.

A devoted mother of Robert (Karrianne) Betlewicz and Randy (Christine) Betlewicz and loving grandmother of Nicolas, Jakob, Patrick, Lynn Marie, Isabel, Joey and Ike.

Dearest sister of John Ratka, Michael (Rosemarie) Cieslak, Stanley (Lorraine) Cieslak, Pearl (Arthur) Lariviere, Edward (Dorothy) Cieslak and the late Celia (late Stanley) Lawn, late Frank (late Dorothy) Cieslak and the late Mary (late Edward) Lewandowski. Also survived by nieces and nephews.

Family will be present on Tuesday from 7-9 PM  and also on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem).

Relatives and friends are invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, Harris Hill Road and Main Street, on Thursday at 10 AM .


Interment will follow at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Cheektowaga, New York.
