At the age of 92, the former Anna Polowyj and seamstress at Woodside Bridal Shop, in West Seneca, NY.

Beloved wife of late Iwan; devoted mother of Oleh (Luba) Jacyszyn and Zoriana (late Ronald) Bunche; loving grandmother of Mark, Lisa, John (Nicole) and Alan Jacyszyn, Maria (Thomas) Cleator and Richard Bunche; fond great-grandmother of Roland; also  survived by a sister, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family will be present Friday 5-8 PM at the Pietszak Funeral Home, 2400 William St. (near Harlem) where Panachyda Service will be held  at  7 PM and Saturday at 10 AM followed by a Funeral Liturgy at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church at 10:45 AM.
