At the age of 95, a daughter to the late Tekla (nee Kowalczuk) and Stefan Pura.
Beloved wife of the late Walter Nowicky and the late Mykola Halaj.
Devoted mother of Maria (Jaroslaw) Sedlarczuk, Bohdan "Donald" Halaj, Paul Halaj, Margaret Litzenberger and Linda Vodjdani.
Loving baba of Mychas Sedlarczuk, Natalka Swanson and Nicholas Vodjdani.
Fond great babunia of Maria and Alex Swanson.
Family will be present Sunday 2-7 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem) where Panachyda Service will be held at Sunday 6 PM and Monday at 10:30 AM followed by a Funeral Liturgy at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church at 11 AM .
Anna was also a member of St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, in Kenmore, NY.
