The former Anna Nieczpiel, a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Sister and Friend to many, passed away at Buffalo General Hospital, in Buffalo, New York at the age of 91.

Daughter of the late Anna (nee Smiech) and the late Anthony Nieczpiel, Anna was also predeceased by her best friend and beloved soul mate, the late Edwin L. Pokornowski.

She was the devoted mother of James (Kathleen) Pokornowski and Robert Pokornowski.

The loving grandmother of Christopher (Valerie Klug, Fiancée) Pokornowski, Alec Pokornowski, and James Pokornowski.

Anna was the dearest sister of Walter (Audrey) Niecpiel and the late Sophie (late Henry) Kargul, late Anthony (Brenda) Nieczpiel, late Florence (late Michael) Wantuch and the late Helen (late Julius) Oleski.

She was also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will be present on Monday afternoon from 4-8 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem.)

Relatives and friends are invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Josaphat Parish, located at William St. at Peoria Ave, in Cheektowaga, New York on Tuesday at 9:30 AM.

Entombment will follow at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Marian Mausoleum, in Cheektowaga, New York.
