Anna was the beloved wife of late Mychajlo Teluk and late Danylo Hoszowsky.

Devoted stepmother of Walter Teluk and Roman (Maria) Teluk.  Loving grandmother of Victoria (David) Chmielowiec, Christopher Teluk and Michael Teluk.  Fond great grandmother of Aurora Chmielowiec. Dearest aunt of Irene Slawycz.

Family will be present on Thursday, December 28th from 5-7 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St., near Harlem Rd. where a Panachyda Service will be held at 6:30 PM and Friday at 9:15 AM followed by a Funeral Liturgy at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church at 10 AM.

Private burial at St. Matthew's Cemetery, West Seneca, New York.
