Anna who was 1 month and 15 days shy of 100, passed away Friday Evening, at Garden Gate Nursing Facility, in Cheektowaga, NY.

The former Anna T. Lubelski, was the beloved wife of the late Frank Wozniak who predeceased her in 1985 and was the loving mother of Richard Wozniak, Judith (William) Schaefer and Carol (Paul) Mazurkiewicz.

The dearest grandmother of Richard (Michelle) Wozniak, Jr., Adrianne Ceglia, Janice Wozniak, Gerald (Sheila) Daminski, Paul Jr. (Deana) Mazurkiewicz, Rae Marie (Toby) Nagel and William Schaefer Jr., as well as great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Anna was predeceased by a sister and 5 brothers.

The family will be present on Sunday from 2-6 PM at the Pietszak Funeral Home, 2400 William St. (near Harlem).

Relatives and friends are invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Josaphat Parish (William St at Peoria Ave) Monday at 9:30 AM.

Interment will follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery, in Lancaster, NY.
