Anthony was born on Thursday, July 31, 1941 to Mary (nee Wygladowski) and Lawrence Owczarczak in Buffalo, New York.  He was a proud US Air Force Veteran and a Secure Care Therapy Aide at the WNY Children's Psychiatric Center in West Seneca, New York.

Beloved husband of Patricia (nee Strucker) Wiles.

Devoted father of David Wiles and Daniel Wiles.

Loving grandfather of Jacquelin (Fritz) Ruis and Jamie Lee (Kevin) Schuster.  Fond great grandfather of Lina and Louis Ruis.

Dearest half-brother of Theresa (Steve) Federowicz, Barbara (Tim) Blach, Charles (Sharon) Zielkiewicz and the late Joseph (Jacki) Zielkiewicz.

He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family will be present on Monday morning, May 13th from 9-10:30 AM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St., near Harlem Road where services will be held at 10:30 AM and at St. Josaphat Parish at 11 AM.

Burial will follow at St. Adalbert's Cemetery, Lancaster, New York with Military Honors.
