An Electrician at the Erie County Holding Center and other county facilities, Anthony J. Wojewodzki, passed away peacefully at Brothers of Mercy Nursing Facility and Rehab Center, at the age of 61. Anthony was a former Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force,  from September, 30, 1974 thru September 29, 1978, serving in the 2750 Civil Engineering Squadron, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, in Ohio.

He was the beloved husband of the late Gail (nee Scharmach) Wojewodzki who predeceased him on April 18, 1912.

Anthony was the devoted father of Brittany (Adam Dombek, Sr) Wojewodzki and loving grandfather of Adam Dombek, Jr.

The dearest brother of Christine (Ronald) Angrignon, John (Shirley) Wojewodzki and James (Dori) Wojewodzki. He was also survived by nieces and nephews.

Family will be present on Monday from 4-8 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem).

Relatives and friends are invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Josaphat Parish, located on the corner of William St. at Peoria Ave. on Tuesday morning at 9:30 AM.

Interment with Military Honors will follow at St. Matthew's Cemetery, in West Seneca, New York.
