Anthony Henry Wozniak was born on Wednesday, September 14, 1955 in San Jose, Costa Rica to Anita (nee Vargas) and Steve Wozniak.

He was a casemaker and seamstress at Olmsted Center for Sight in Buffalo, New York.

Anthony was a dear friend of Wilbert Lacy and Michael Coit.

Entombment at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Buffalo, New York.

Services were held privately by the family.
