At the age of 72, the former Barbara Kuwik, passed away at Williamsville View Manor, in Amherst, New York.

She was the beloved wife of Edward A. Lukaszek and devoted mother of David Lukaszek and Edward J. (Patricia) Lukaszek. A loving grandmother of Megan and Aurora.

Barbara was the dearest sister of Ronald Kuwik, Alexandra (Ronald) Stachowiak and the late Sylvia (John) Pysz and sister-in-law of Stella Lukaszek, Mary (Jim) Shimskey, Irene (late John) LaCross, late John Lukaszek and late Genevieve (late Sam) Lucenti. She was also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Josaphat Parish (William at Peoria) Thursday (Dec. 19, 2013) at 9:30 AM.

The family prefers that Memorials in Barbara's name, be made to the Dominican Nuns, at Our Lady of the Perpetual Rosary Monastery, 335 Doat Street,  Buffalo, NY 14211.
