July 23, 1946 – August 20, 2021
A retired Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for the McGuire Group, the former Barbara Curtis, passed away at the Autumn View Health Care Facility, in Hamburg, New York, at the age of 75.
She is mostly known by her family and friends for her collection of Frog items and her love of Yellow Roses. Barbara also enjoyed Reading, doing Crossword puzzles with her husband Tom, watching Murder Mysteries, and spending time with their grandchildren, and watching them grow up.
She also spent many a Sunday with her husband Tom, family, and friends, coaching the Buffalo Bills, from in front of the Television.
Barbara was married to her Best Friend and the Love of her Life, her beloved husband, Tom Swenson.
She was the cherished devoted mother of Lisa (Marc) Kozak.
A fond and loving grandmother of Marshall Greene, Cody Greene, Nicholas Kozak and Christopher Kozak.
The devoted daughter of the late Margaret (nee Iehle) Curtis and the late Harold Curtis and dearest sister of Barry (Jennifer) Curtis and Marsha Parker.
Relatives and friends are all invited to gather with her family for a Celebration of Barbara's Life at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William (near Harlem) on Monday, August 30, 2021, from 3-5 PM.
The family appreciates your prayers and concerns during these trying times and would like to thank you for your support and understanding.
