June 12, 1924 – May 5, 2013
At the age of 88, a former Assistant City Forester for the City of Buffalo, NY, an Army Veteran of WWII and Prisoner of War.
Ben was the beloved husband of the late Irene (nee Kuwik) Adamski. Devoted father of Mary, Deborah and David (Rosalie "Ruza") Adamski. Loving grandfather of Daniel and "Grandpa Ben" to Eric and Ethan.
Beloved son the late Catherine Grabowski and Joseph Adamski. Dearest brother of the late Leo (late Renee) Adamski and brother-in-law of Alice Tripi and Sophie Kelm and Helen Weigand his "lady friend" and companion. Ben was also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends who touched his life, as he touched theirs.
Family will be present Wednesday from 6-8 PM and Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM (with a Prayer Service Thursday Evening at 7 PM) at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem).
Relatives and friends are invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Clare Parish (193 Elk at Smith Sts.) Friday at 10 AM. Please assemble at Church.
Interment will follow at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Cheektowaga, NY, in the Family Plot.
