At the age of 86, a loving daughter of the late Wojciech and late Maryanna (nee Szara) Zajdel.
Beloved wife of the late Ronald Radziwon Sr.
Devoted mother of Ronald Jr. (Mary Lou) Radziwon, Thomas (Nancy) Radziwon, Susan Radziwon- Johnson, and Chris (Teresa) Radziwon.
Cherished grandmother of Kelly Radziwon, Kim Radziwon, Laura (Buddy) Blocho, Julianne (Ethan) Hansen, Jordan Johnson, and Shana Johnson.
Lucky great-grandma of Benny and Eleanor Blocho.
"Adopted" great-grandma of Natalie and Elliana Ford.
Dearest sister-in-law of Beverly (late Norm) Radziwon, Carol Zahner, and late Sophie (Felix) Sabatowski.
Predeceased by her siblings the late Mercedes (Brownie) Michnik, Frederick Zajdel, and Henrietta "Pat" Whytas.
Bernice is also survived by many relatives and friends.
The family will be present on Thursday, April 22, 2021, from 4-8 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem).
Relatives and friends are invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial at SS. Columba-Brigid Church, located at 75 Hickory at Eagle Street, Buffalo, New York on Friday, April 23, 2021, at 10 AM .
Bernice was a member of the Mothers Club and St. Josaphat's Ladies Guild.
The family would like to thank all the dedicated individuals from Landmark and Schofield Home Health Care, especially nurse Becky. Without their commitment to care, we would not have been able to keep mom at home. We would also like to thank the Hospice Home Health Team which was invaluable at the end of mom's journey.
