At the age of 99 a cherished daughter of the late Mary (nee Pachura) and late Walter Kosinski.

Beloved wife of the late Teddy Kaczmarek.

Devoted mother of David (Trisha) Kaczmarek.

Loving grandmother of Adam (Melissa) and Sara Kaczmarek.

Loving great- grandmother of Harper and Quinn.

Dearest sister of late Edward (late Alice) Kosinski, late John (Freda) Kosinski, late Chester (late Alice) Kosinski, late Stella (late Henry) Netzel, late elen (late Marion) Durlak, late Brownie (Lorraine) Kosinski, late Cecelia (Henry) Wlodarczyk, late Stanley (late Arlene) Kosinski, Frances (late Frank) Nowicki, Frank (Marian) Kosinski and Elinor (late Frank) Buczek.

Also survived by nieces and nephews.

Family will be present Saturday, January 4th from 9 AM- 11AM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem) where services will be held at 11 AM.

Burial will take place at St. Matthew Cemetery in West Seneca, NY.
