Dusanivsky
December 7, 1924 – September 5, 2017
A retired Tool & Die Maker, for the former J H Williams & Co. of Buffalo, New York, Bohdan Dusanivsky, passed away at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital, in Amherst, New York, at the age of 92. In his earlier years, Bohdan was very active in the St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church Choir "Burlaky", the Friday Night Bingo Committee from 1963 till 1985, he served as the former President of the Parish Seniors Organization, helped out with the Church's Monday Finance Committee and assisted where ever and whenever he could, especially tending bar for many years, at the annual Church Bazaars and Picnics.
He was the beloved husband of the late Sofia (nee Meusz) Dusanivsky, devoted father of Oksana (Richard, Jr.) Wisniewski, Alexandra "Lesia" (late Larry) Kinsella and the late Wasyl Dusanivsky and loving grandfather of William Wisniewski and Natalie Wisniewski.
The dearest brother of the late Myroslaw (late Anna) Dusanivsky and also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins, in United States and Canada.

Friday afternoon from 5 to 8 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William Street (near Harlem) where Panachyda Services will be held on Friday at 8 PM and on Saturday morning at 9:15 AM, followed by a Funeral Liturgy at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, located at Fillmore at Oneida Sts., in Buffalo, New York 14206, at 10 AM.
Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, in Cheektowaga, New York.
Memorials are preferred to: ZUDAK (United Ukrainian American Relief Committee, Inc.) or UUARC for the Orphaned Children in Ukraine from the War Crisis.
