At the age 64 a loving daughter of the late Alfred and Irene Zielinski.

Beloved wife of Michael Forrest.

Devoted mother of James Forrest and Brian (Samantha) Forrest.

Loving grandmother of Hailey, Devon, Michael, Hayden, Hannah and Ella.

Carol is also survived by many sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services will be held privately.
