Charles John French was born on Sunday, April 10, 1938 in Buffalo, New York.

Charles was the beloved husband of Beverly (nee DuFrane).

Loving father of Charles, Julie, Cynthia, Douglas (Bozena), Kenneth (Linda), Pamela (Mark Filipski), and Audra (Scott) Hayden.

Cherished grandfather of 16 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Dearest brother of Brother Warren Prentiss, OSF.

He was predeceased by his parents Charles and Dorothy Prentiss, brother Stanley French and sisters Catherine French, Dorothy Keller and Dorothy Hunt.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather for a Celebration of Charles' Life at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St., near Harlem Rd. on Saturday, September 30th from 1-4 PM where a funeral service will follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to Hospice Buffalo, Inc. 225 Como Park Blvd. Cheektowaga, New York 14227.
