Obituary

Chester was a retiree from the Buffalo Police Department where he served for 40 years.

A son to the late Helen (nee Gach) and Martin Glica.

Beloved husband of Arlene (nee Filipski) Glica.

Devoted father of Karen and Martin Sr. (Donna) Glica.

Loving grandfather of Sylvia (Fred) Cooper, Martin Jr. and Stephen Glica.

Cherished Great-grandfather of Angelica Sherry, Alexander, Isabella and Benjamin Cooper.

Predeceased by 6 sisters and 4 brothers.

Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family will be present Friday 2-8 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME 2400 William Street (near Harlem). Relatives and friends are invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Stanislaus Church Saturday at 9 AM.

Chester was also a lifetime member of Bison City Gun and Rod Club and Buffalo PBA.

In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to an organization of one's choice.

Entombment will take place at St. Adalbert's Cemetery in Cheektowaga, NY.
