At the age of 94 a Retired Mechanic at Westinghouse in Cheektowaga, NY.

A loving son to the late Magdelene (nee Lehmann) and Benjamin Smoll.

Beloved husband of the late Lottie (nee Godzala).

Devoted father of Dennis (Wendy) Smoll and Kathleen (David) Gzik.

Cherished grandfather of Jessica (Troy) Gist and Ashley (Jacob) Hewes.

Great-grandfather of Kesler and Jovi Gist and future Baby Hewes.

Dearest brother-in-law of Henry (Terri) Godzala.

Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family will be present Tuesday 2-4 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem) where services will be held Wednesday at 11 AM .

Chester was a WWII Veteran and was also a member of the VFW Leonard Post 6251.
