IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Christine "Tina"
Smirnow
October 12, 1948 – November 19, 2020
A retired Clerical Worker at Wehle Electric Technology, in Buffalo, New York, Christine "Tina" Smirnow, passed away suddenly, at the age of 72. Tina was also on the custodial staff at Daemen College, in Amherst, New York. During her free time, she also enjoyed playing "Bejeweled" on her iPad, collecting Owls, as well as going fishing and relaxing at the Cabin in Canada with her husband, Victor, and friends. What really made her day complete, was when they were able to stop at Antoinette's Sweets or Anderson's for a late nite ice cream cone.
Tina was the beloved wife of Victor Smirnow and devoted mother of Neil (Shana Power) Smirnow and Alexis Smirnow and the loving grandmother of Alexander and Nicholas.
The cherished daughter of the late Dorothy (nee Wasielewski) Romanowski and late Chester Romanowski and dearest sister of Rosemarie Romanowski, Michael (Christine) Romanowski, and Bernadine (Eugene) Eastman.
She was also survived by nieces, nephews, and countless, special co-workers and friends.
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, the family will be having a Private Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady Help of Christians Church, in Cheektowaga, New York, followed by her Burial at St. Matthew's Cemetery in West Seneca, New York.
The family appreciates your prayers and concerns for their wife and mother during these trying times and would like to thank you for your support and understanding.
Please share a picture in our online Photo Album or a favorite memory in our Guest Book here on Tina's Tribute page.
