David was born on Wednesday, June 12, 1968 to Marie (nee Ziolkowski) and late Thaddeus "Ted" Wasiewicz Jr. in Lackawanna, New York.  David was a proud Mail Carrier for the United States Postal Service in Buffalo, New York.

A devoted brother of Denise (Jim) Cooke and Daniel Wasiewicz.

Dearest uncle of Emily Bliznik and Allison Bliznik.

He is also survived by "Buddy", aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Family will be present on Friday, December 6th from 4-6 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem Road) where a service will be held at 5:30 PM.  All are welcome.

Doc brought joy and happiness to everyone he met. He was known for his kind heart, infectious smile and unwavering support for others. His presence lit up every room, and his love for life was evident in everything he did.
