Beloved husband of Dolores (Nee Swistowski); devoted father of Karen (Henry) Kozlowski, Jean (Michael) Ranney, Mary Ann (Wasyl) Puhacz; loving grandfather (Dido) of Kristina (Jason) Knaub, Steffany (Joseph) Celento, Katie Kozlowski, Collin and Jason Ranney, Alyssa and Andrew Puhacz; dearest great grandfather of Madison & Leah; also survived by sisters, Sofia Waskowycz and Iwanka Landak and relatives in Ukraine.

Family will be present Saturday 6-8 and Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Pietszak Funeral Home, 2400 William St. (near Harlem), where Panachyda Services will be held Sunday  at 7 PM and Monday at 9:15 AM followed by a Funeral Liturgy at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church at 10 AM.

Dmytro was a member of the Ukrainian American Youth Association, Ukrainian Home "Dnipro", Ukrainian Congress Committee, SITCH and League of Ukrainian Catholics.
