Dolores D. Wujek leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will continue to inspire her family and friends for generations to come. The impact of her life will be felt by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will forever live in the hearts of those she touched, and she will always be remembered for her unwavering love and devotion to her family and friends. Dolores passed away on February 12, 2026, at the age of 90. Born on September 12, 1935, in Buffalo, NY to Rose and Leon Stachura. Dolores lived a life filled with love, devotion, and quiet service to others.
She is remembered fondly as an associate at Hills Department Store and Ames Department Store, where her warm demeanor brought joy to both customers and colleagues alike. Dolores was the beloved wife of the late Norbert Wujek, with whom she shared an enduring partnership built on love and respect.
Dolores was a devoted mother to Carmen (Joe) Stocklosa and Mark (Tami) Wujek, whose lives are a testament to her nurturing spirit and guidance. As a grandmother, she was affectionately known as "DD," a name that evokes fond memories of the love she shared with her grandchildren: Ryan, late Rosemary, Sarah (Bennett), and Michael. Her legacy continues through her fond great-grandchildren, Hannah Rose and Jameson, who brought her immeasurable joy.
Dolores was also a loving sister to the late Alice (Rick), Leo (the late Sylvia), and Tommy (Lee), and she held a special place in the hearts of many as "Auntie Dorie" to numerous nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory forever.
Her family expresses their heartfelt gratitude to Fr. Richard Augustyn for the bedside services he provided.
