Obituary

After a courageous battle with breast cancer, the angels took the former Dolores Wargula, home to be with our Lord. She was a loving, Wife, Mother and Grandmother, that passed away at Brothers of Mercy Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, in Clarence New York, at the age of 78.
Better known as "Mrs. Zak", she was a loving, caring, giving and kind women, who was known throughout Lovejoy's neighborhood for her famous popcorn and chocolate chip cookies and left her "Fingerprint of Love" on all who she came in contact with. She was a former teachers-aide at St. Agnes School, in Lovejoy, New York for 10 years and was also a Girl Scout/Cub Scout Leader.
Dolores was the beloved wife to her husband Daniel for 60 years.
She was also the devoted mother of Daniel Zakroczemski, Danette (Tim) Lelonek, Damian (Sharon) Zakroczemski, David (Sandy) Zakroczemski, Donna (Jack) Schulz and Dolores (Ernie) Propis.

Loving grandmother of Jared (Nicole) Laing, Lauren (fiance Mike Murray) Zakroczemski, Jurek Lelonek, Maren Lelonek, Maris Zakroczemski, Alana Zakroczemski, Tessa Zakroczemski, Alyssa (Anthony) Pandolfe, Nathan Zakroczemski, Austin Zakroczemski, Jordan Zakroczemski, John (Brenda) Schulz, Brianna Propis and Kaitlyn Propis.

Loving Great Grandmother of Fiona Schulz and Heidi Schulz.

The fond daughter of the late Stella and late Henry Wargula and sister of Heddy (late Frank) Piechocki and late Florian (Sue) Wargula and also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family will be present on Friday from 1-8 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem) where services will be held Saturday at 8:45 AM and at St. Philip The Apostle Church, located at 950 Losson Road, in Cheektowaga, New York at 9:30 AM.
