IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Donald P.

A Retired Superintendent, with over 45 years of service, managing the Packing and Loading division of the Pillsbury Flour Mill, here in Buffalo, New York, Donald P Rogowski, passed away, Friday, January 22, 2021, at the age of 92. He also served in the US Navy from May of 1948 till May of 1955
Donald will be missed by his family because he was the one that gathered them together and always prepared the family Sunday Dinners. It was his day in the kitchen.
The grandchildren will miss their trips with the grandpa to the Beach.
The Buffalo Bills will miss his extra Loud support, no matter how they were playing and the Yankees will miss the greatest Armchair Manager the team would ever have. He knew every player that ever played for the team.

He was the devoted father of Nancy (late Michael) Gworek, Ronald (Diane) Rogowski, and Karen (Mike Barnard) Lipiarz and loving grandfather of Brain Rogowski, Shannon (Justin) Griner, Jeffrey (Kimberly) Lipiarz, Jennifer (Christopher) Skibinski, Jeanine (Joe Garvey) Lipiarz, Jacy (Cody) Schurr, and proud great-grandfather of Evelyn, Elizabeth, Lydia, and Curtis.
The cherished son of Angeline (nee Mikolajczak) Rogowski and the late Alexander Rogowski and dearest brother of the late Irene (late Carmen) Iannaconne, late Stanley (late Harriett) Rogowski, late Edward (late Rose) Rogowski, late Richard (Mary) Rogowski, and late Helen (late Richard) Anowski and also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family will be present on Monday afternoon from 3-7 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem) where a prayer service will be held on Tuesday morning at 8:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Josaphat Parish, located on William Street at Peoria Avenue, in Cheektowaga, New York, at 9 AM.
Burial with Military Honors will follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery, in Lancaster, New York.
