Donald John Henry was born on Friday, October 20, 1950 in Buffalo, New York to Ruth (nee Cox) and John Sharkey. Don was a railroader and retired from CSX mechanical department.

Beloved husband of the late Debra.

Devoted father of Melissa (Matt) Jackson, Scott (Kelly) Mendola, Wendy, Paul (Sarah) Sharkey, John and the late Donald Jr., and late Christopher.

Loving grandfather of Harper, Porter, Arial, Philip, Olivia, Andrew, Brandon, Brenna and Christian.

Dearest brother of Chester (Lenora) and Roberta

Don was also survived by nieces, nephews and family in Canada.

Family will be present on Thursday, September 12th from 4-7 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St., near Harlem Road where a funeral service will follow at 6:30 PM.

Everyone is welcome to wear their Buffalo Bills gear.
