Devoted mother of Michael, Jr. (Amy) Lesakowski, Carrie Ann (Patrick) Cosentino and Todd Lesakowski.

Loving grandmother of nine.

Also survived by several sisters, brothers, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.

Family will be present on Monday from 5-9 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem.)

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Gregory the Great, located at 200 St. Gregory Court, Williamsville, NY 14221 , on Tuesday morning at 8:45 AM.
