Grzeskowiak
May 7, 1924 – October 29, 2014
Fred was a Veteran of WWII. Serving as a Staff Sergeant, in the Marine Corps.
In 1949 Fred was a member of the First graduating Class of Erie Community College. A retired machinist at Cameron Industries and a Proud Union Activist and former officer of the International Association of Machinists Lodge 330.
He was also an avid sports fan who loved the Yankees, Sabres and the Bills.
The beloved husband of the late Clara (Ziolkowski) Grzeskowiak, who predeceased him on November 8, 2003.
He was the devoted father of Maryann and Carolann Grzeskowiak, dearest brother of the late Harry Grzeskowiak and also survived by many nieces, nephews and loving friends.
Familly will be present on Saturday from 6-8 PM and on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Pietszak Funeral Home, 2400 William St. (near Harlem).
Relatives and friends are invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Stanislaus Church (Wilson at Peckham Street, Buffalo, NY 14212) on Monday at 10 AM.
Burial will follow at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Cheektowaga, NY.
