Gary passed away suddenly at the age of 42, he was the loving father of Deanna Bartlomejczak and Alyssa Bartlomejczak.

The beloved son of Sharon (Don) Moon and Gary Bartlomiejczak, Sr. and devoted grandson of Ann and the late Thaddeus Kosowski and Mary and the late Leonard Bartlomiejczak.

He was the dearest brother of Marty Glinski, Justin (Mallory) Bartlomiejczak and Jackie (Mike) Bogucki and was also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to assemble at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem)  on Friday afternoon from 3-6 PM where a Celebration of Gary's Life will be held at 5 PM. Rev James Cunningham, Pastor of St. Teresa's Church, will be officiating.
