At the age of 72 a former Internal Auditor for the University of Buffalo in Buffalo, NY.

Gary was a U.S. Air Force Veteran where he served during the Vietnam War from 1967 to 1970.

He was the beloved husband of Joanne "Joan" (nee Krieger) Walters.

Devoted father of Daniel (Jody) Walters, Steven (Beth) Walters Sr., David (Tracy) Walters, Kristen (Bryan) Tramontana and Kathleen (Robert) Conta.

Loving Bumpy of Megan, Carlo, Daniel, Steven Jr., Elizabeth, Lydia, Thomas, Makenna, Lillian and Samuel.

Dearest brother of William (Mary Ellen) and Kevin (Cynthia) Walters.

Family will be present FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 1st 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem) where services will be held SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 2nd at 9 AM and at St. Josaphat Parish at 9:30 AM.

Gary's Burial with Military Honors will take place at Lakeside Cemetery in Hamburg, NY.
