Gertrude, better know as "Trudy," was the beloved wife of the late Walter Solowski and devoted mother of Catherine (Stanley) Brozyna, Patty (Wayne) Kwiatkowski, John (Karen), James, Joseph (Mary) Solowski and Karen Tunis.

She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, six great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Family will be present Wednesday from 2-8 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem). Where a prayer service will be held at 6:30 PM.

Relatives and friends are invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Clare Parish (193 Elk St., Buffalo, NY 14206) Thursday at 10 AM.

Donations in Gertrude's Memory may be made to St. Clare's Parish.

Trudy along with her late husband Walter were the operators of Top Hill Grill for 70 Years. Trudy was also known throughout Western New York for "Top Hill Travel Club."
