The former Helen Wojcik, a retired Inspector at the Chevrolet Delevan Plant, passed away at Garden Gate Nursing Home, at the age of 94.

She was the devoted mother of Larry (Andrea) Zgoda and was predeceased by Larry's father, the late Joseph Zgoda and her parents, the late Victoria (Herod) and Lawrence Wojcik.

Helen was the loving grandmother of Derek (Kathryn) Zgoda, Larry A. (Julie) Zgoda and Todd (Andrea) Zgoda and Marie (Ryan) McConnell; fond great grandmother of Soleil Zgoda, Siena Zgoda, Griffin Zgoda, Cooper Zgoda, Piper Zgoda, Sawyer Zgoda, Charlotte Zgoda and Savannah Zgoda and Calder McConnell and Lochlan McConnell.

She was the dearest sister of Marie (late Tom) Matecki and Stanley (late Gloria) Wojcik and the late Jane (late Chester) Walczyk, late Julianna (late Conrad) Gnacinski, late Edward (late Frances) Wojcik, late Henry Wojcik and the late Rita Wojcik as well as being survived by several nieces and nephews.

Family will be present to receive friends on Wednesday from 4-8 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William Street (near Harlem Road).

Relatives and friends are invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Josaphat Parish, located at William St. at Peoria, in Cheektowaga, NY 14206 on Thursday at 9:30 AM.

Interment will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, in Lockport, New York.
