At the age of 66, a dental assistant for Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo, New York.  Beloved daughter of the late Julie (nee Melnik) and Nicholas Zborowsky.

Irene was the beloved wife of Gary J. Galbo, Sr.  A devoted mother of Gina Galbo and Gary, Jr. (Kimberly) Galbo.  Loving grandmother of Nichole Galbo and Erika Galbo . Dearest sister of Anna (Michael Mazgajewski) Likos, Stephanie (Lester) Ciccarelli, Mary (Ronald) Petrino, Michael (Joan) Zborowsky, Laura (Edward) Wojtulski and the late Christine (Robert) Shields. She was also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family will be present Saturday from 3-7 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem) where a funeral service will follow visitation  at 7 PM.
