A loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, and friend to many, Irene Florence (nee Witulski)  Nowotarski, passed away at Garden Gate Health Care Facility, in Cheektowaga, New York, at the age of 91. Irene was a friendly and caring Lady, that was known for her "Laugh", and will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure to cross her path.

She enjoyed Dancing, Ceramics, Roller and Ice Skating when she was younger, as well as spending quality time with and worrying about her granddaughters.  She will also be remembered for her BBQ Spare Ribs, wine tasting with the neighbors and other friends, her love for dogs, and her dreams about starting an Animal Rescue shelter (If she ever won the Lottery!)

Irene was the beloved wife of late John Nowotarski.

The devoted mother of Thomas Nowotarski and Martin Nowotarski, Luann (Glenn) Ruettimann, and late Donald Nowotarski.

A loving grandmother of Sara Ruettimann, Kyra Ruettimann, and daughter of the late Florence (nee Kaminska) Witulski, and the late John Witulski. She was also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will be present on Monday evening, May 17, 2021, from 5-8 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William Street (near Harlem Road).

Relatives and friends are also invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Andrew's Parish, located on Crocker at Reiman Street, in Sloan, New York on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at 10 AM.

Interment will follow at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, in Cheektowaga, New York.

Face coverings and social distancing will be required at all times during Mrs. Nowotarski's services. Current capacity restrictions may cause delayed entry.
