Obituary

The former Jean Cyran, passed away at Mercy Hospital, in Buffalo, New York, after a brief Illness. Jean always loved and enjoyed working with the children and she devoted over twenty years, from 1964 to 1984, as a Kindergarten teacher, at the former St. Josaphat School, located in Cheektowaga, New York.

She was also a member of the "Schiller Park" and "Valley Community Association" Senior Centers, the I.J. Paderewski and Chopin Singing Societies and the St. Stanislaus Choir.

The beloved wife of the late Stanley J. Pajak and devoted mother of James (Barbara) and William (Susan) Pajak. Loving grandmother of Scott (Carrie) Pajak, Jaclynn (John Poindexter) Pajak; Amy (Scott) Carpenter, Valerie (William) Sargent and Lindsay (Sean Caulfield) Pajak and great-grandmother of Taylor, Ryan and Alexander.

Jean was the dearest sister of Joseph (late Christine) Cyran and the late Stella (late Matthew) Bartzak, late Mary (late Henry) Gasinski, late Sophie (late Bronislaus) Karczewski and late Thaddeus (late Beverly) Cyran. She was also survived by nieces and nephews.

Family will be present to receive friends on Sunday from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem).

Relatives and friends are invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Stanislaus Church (Peckham at Wilson Sts.) on Monday morning at 9:30 AM.

Interment will follow at St. Matthew's Cemetery, West Seneca, New York.
