The former Jeanette M. Wienczkowski and Jeanette Herdzik, who was a retired Insurance Representative at Fronczak Insurance Agency, passed away at the age of 78, at Buffalo General Hospital, in Buffalo, New York.

Jeanette was the beloved wife of Norman R. Mikolajczak and devoted mother of Richard (Gerry) Herdzik, Donna Lang-Jablonski and Hope Ann Maggart.

She was the loving grandmother of Bryan Lang, Cassie (David) Faucher, Jeremy (Maggie) Oakden, Justin McKinney and Tanner Lane and fond great grandmother of eleven.

Relatives and friends are invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Andrew's Church, located at Crocker & Reiman Sts., in Sloan, NY 14212 on Thursday at 10 AM.

Entombment will be held privately at St. Adalbert Cemetery, in Lancaster, New York.
