At the age of 66, a former employee for Sorrento Cheese for over 18 years.

In 2004, Jeffrey married his beloved wife Shirley (nee Bulczak-Smith) Makuch.

A devoted father of Brenda (Daniel) Tobin and stepfather of Melissa (Allen) Wanderlich and Jennifer (James Hausser) Bulczak.

Loving grandfather of Bradley, Daniel, Alyssa, Alexis and Emily.

Fond son of the late Helen (nee Kendziora) and Henry Makuch.  Dearest brother of Judith (William) Kuczmanski and brother-in-law of Edward (Rosie) Smith, David (Helen) Smith, Margaret Conroy, Walter Smith, Julie (Paul) Simon, Theresa (Kevin) Goldfuss and Lynn (James) Watson.

Fond godfather of Jacqueline (Adam) Phillips and Jennifer (Jeffrey) Reynolds.

Jeffrey is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends.

Family will be present Wednesday 3-8PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem) where services will be held Thursday at 11:15 AM and at St. Andrew's Church at Noon .

Jeffrey was a graduate of John F. Kennedy High School, Class of 1970.
