Jerome "Jerry" J. Zelasko, Jr.'s Obituary
A Machinist at Delaware Manufacturing Industries Company (DMIC) in Wheatfield, New York, Jerome "Jerry" Zelasko, Jr., passed away at Mercy Hospital, in Buffalo, New York, after an apparent heart attack, at the age of 56.
The beloved son of Dolores (nee Gibalski) and the late Jerome "Harry" Zelasko, Sr.
Devoted brother of Kathleen (Alan) Olejniczak and the late David (Susan) Zelasko.
He was the former husband and friend of Tina Marie DeVine Zelasko and also survived by an aunt, uncle, nieces and nephews.
Family will be present on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem) Cheektowaga, NY 14206.
Relatives and friends are invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 2158 Clinton Street (between Willowlawn Pkwy and Meadowbrook Pkwy) Cheektowaga, New York 14206. Please assemble at the Church.
Internment will follow at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, in Cheektowaga, New York.
Flowers are gratefully declined.
