At the "Young at Heart" age of 69, the former Joan Carr.

Joan was the beloved wife of Donald J. Grabowski, Sr. and the devoted mother of Peggy (Dennis) Doherty, Norman (Cynthia) Grabowski, Debra (Michael) Dziewa, Paul (Christine) Grabowski and Donald Grabowski, Jr.  She was also survived by eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather with the family at the Pietszak Funeral Home, 806 Clinton St. (near Smith) in Buffalo, NY 14210, on Monday (3/18) from 3 to 6 PM for a Celebration of Joan's Life.  A Memorial Funeral Service will be held during the gathering at 5:30 PM. Rev Steven Pavignano, OFM, the Pastor of St. Clare's Parish, will be officiating.

A private burial will take place at a later date at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Cheektowaga, NY.
