At the age of 94, Joseph retired from Erie County Environment and Planning Lancaster Pump Station, where he worked as a Maintenance Supervisor.

A beloved husband of the late Gertrude (nee Manikowski) Halinski.

Son of the late Katherine (nee Domagala) and late Joseph Halinski.

Son-in-law of the late Lucy (nee Kruss) and John Manikowski.

A dearest brother of late Cecelia (late Frank) Komorowski.

Brother-in-law of Agnes (late Edward) Dybalski.

Joseph is also survived by man nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at Corpus Christi Church (189 Clark St) Tuesday at 10:30 AM.

Face coverings and social distancing will be required.
