At the age of 82, a former Forklift Operator  at Roadway Express in Tonawanda, NY.  Joseph was also a member of Teamsters Union Local #375.

Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Bownik) Waz.

Devoted father of Michelle (Michael) Sawick, Joseph A. (Lisa) Waz, Danielle (Terrence) Sullivan and Jacquelyn (Bryon) Kotowski.

Loving grandfather of Chelsey Waz, Katherine (Daniel) Nigro, Patrick Donohue, Maxwell J. Sullivan, Joseph T. Waz, Jake Sawick, Taggert Sawick, and London Sawick.

Adoring Dziadzia of Lyla, Brea, Giovanni, and Penelope.

Dearest brother of Lorraine (late Bill) Hall and late Mimi Barrett and dear brother-in-law of James Barrett.

Joseph is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will be present Friday 3-7 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem) where services will take place at 6:30 PM .
