Judith passed away on May 2, 2026. She was born on March 29, 1945, to Alice (nee Staszak) and John Kubisty in Buffalo, New York.
Judith lived a life marked by dedication to both her family and her professional career. Judith devoted many years to the Erie Community College in Buffalo, where she worked in the Administration department specializing in data entry. Her attention to detail and commitment to her work earned her respect among colleagues and a reputation for reliability and precision.
She was the beloved wife of the late Stanley R. Kubek, with whom she shared many cherished years. Judith was a devoted mother to Brian (Pamela) Kubek, who were a source of immense pride and joy in her life. She also treasured her role as grandmother to Michael Kubek and Rachel (fiance Jonathan Dietrich) Kubek. Family was central to Judith’s life, and she held these relationships close in her heart. She was also a dear sister-in-law to Henry (Judy) Kubek and the late Joseph Kubek. Her extended family included many nieces, nephews, and cousins who survive her and carry forward her legacy with love.
Friends and relatives are invited to honor Judith’s memory at a Mass of Christian Burial to be held at St. Gabriel Church, located at 5271 Clinton Street, Elma, NY 14059 on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 9:30 AM.
Inurnment will take place at St. Adalbert Cemetery in Lancaster, NY.
Judith A. Kubek’s life was one of dedication, love, and quiet strength. She will be remembered respectfully and fondly by all who knew her.
