Known for Living on the Edge and being a "Motor-Head" that loved cars, Kevin Carter Sr. passed away at Erie County Medical Center at the age of 50.

He was the beloved husband of Wendy M. Retzer-Carter and the devoted father of Jordan Carter, Kevin Carter, Jr., and Rosey Carter.

A loving son of the late Frank Carter, Sr and the late Rose Marie (nee Osgood) Carter and dear brother of Frank Carter, Maynard "Tony" (Roxanne) Carter, Chris (Nadine) Carter, Margaret (Dan Chapele) Carter, and Joseph Carter.

Kevin was also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family will be present on Monday, July 3, 2023, at the Pietszak Funeral Home, 2400 William Street (near Harlem) from 2-4 PM where a Celebration of Life Service will follow the visitation at 4 PM.
