A retired Bus Aide for the Board of Education of the City of Buffalo, the former Leocadia H. Wozniak, passed away at Erie County Medical Center, in Buffalo, New York, at the age of 88.

The devoted daughter of the late Helen (nee Maciejewski) and the late Frank Wozniak, Leocadia H. Brucz was the loving mother of David C. (Patti) Brucz, Dean (Lynne) Brucz, Daniel Brucz, Darren (Amy) Brucz and the late Dale Brucz.

She was the proud grandmother of David M. (Karen) Brucz, Kimberly (Rob) Voss, Tim Brucz, Dawn Brucz, Dale (Mandy) Brucz, Denise (Mike) Ernst, Jessie (Gary) Wylie, Danielle (Scott) Bulera, Kristy Brucz, Janelle Brucz and Rylee Brucz and fond great-grandmother of twelve.

Leocadia was also the dearest sister of the late Natalie Wozniak.

Her sons and their families will be present to receive family and friends on Friday from 3-7 PM at the Pietszak Funeral Home, 2400 William St. (near Harlem) where services will be held Saturday at 9:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial and at St. Andrew's Church, in Sloan, New York at 10 AM.

Burial will follow at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, in Cheektowaga, New York.

Leocadia was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Leonard Post, Jr. Post 6251, in Cheektowaga, NY.
