Obituary
Leonard was the devoted husband of Irene (nee Czapski); and beloved father of Karen (Edgar) Hettrich and Peter J. (Mindy Tousley) Babula;
The loving grandfather of Nicole (Melissa Arn), Cali and Todd Hettrich; and fond great grandfather of Crystal, Ashley and Hailey Arn-Hettrich;
He was the dearest brother of Helen (late Vincent) Olczak, Alois (late Betty) Babula, Bernice (late John) Szymkowiak, Richard (Patricia) Babula and late Henry Babula, as well as survived by nieces and nephews.
Family will be present on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem).Funeral services will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday morning at 9:15 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial and St. John Kanty Church at 10 AM.
Leonard was a member of the Canisius College Alumni Sodality and was very active in the kitchen at St John Kanty Parish.
