Linda Kowtalo was born on July 16, 1948, in Holyoke, Massachusetts, to the late Josephine (nee Malanka) and Nelson Rossman. She was a dedicated Nursing Assistant in Lancaster, NY, before her retirement.

Beloved wife of Peter Kowtalo and dearest sister of Rose O’Connell. 

Linda is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Services will be held privately.
