Louis Rampino, a proud native of Buffalo, New York, was born on May 20, 1927, to the late Pasquale and Marie (née Vitrano) Rampino. Louis leaves behind a legacy of love, devotion, hard work, and memories that will be treasured by his family.

Louis is reunited with his beloved wives, Phyllis (née Polichette) Rampino and Jennie (née Fricano) Rampino, as well as his siblings, Carmela (Richard) Hall, Anna (Norman) Sobczak, Antoinette (John) Bellanti, and Anthony Rampino.

Louis answered the call to serve his country in the United States Navy during World War II. His commitment to duty and responsibility remained a part of him throughout his life. Following his military service, Louis built a long and successful career in accounting. He spent more than thirty years with American Standard, where his meticulous nature, strong work ethic, and dedication earned him the respect of those who worked alongside him. He later continued his Accounting career with National Home Products.

While Louis took great pride in his work, some of his happiest memories were found in the simple pleasures of life. He had a genuine love for golf and enjoyed the time spent on the course with friends. He especially enjoyed sharing stories of the golf trips he took and the memories made along the way. These were the moments that brought him happiness, laughter, and good company.

But more than anything, Louis treasured his family. They were the greatest source of his pride and joy. He will be deeply missed by his children, Louis J. (Jeannette) Rampino and Patricia (Kevin Anderson and the late Thomas) O'Neil. His grandchildren, Amber (Daniel Globus) Rampino and Joseph (Alejandra Consuegra) Rampino, who held a special place in his heart, and he took immense pride in watching them grow and build lives of their own. Along with his great-grandchildren, Nicholas Jr. O'Neil, Brayden O'Neil, and Isabelle O'Neil. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Family and friends are invited to gather on Thursday, July 23, from 4–7 PM at PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William Street, Cheektowaga, NY 14206. Relatives and friends are invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, July 24, at 10 AM at Fourteen Holy Helpers Church, 1345 Indian Church Road, West Seneca, NY 14224.

Though he is deeply missed, Louis's story does not end with his passing. It lives on in the stories his family will continue to tell, in the lessons he quietly taught by example, in the laughter shared over memories of days gone by, and in the generations who carry his name and his love forward.
