Lubomyr Holowatyj, a retired draftsman at Buffalo Structural in Buffalo, New York, passed away at the age of 93 at Comprehensive Rehabilitation and Health Center in Williamsville, New York with his wife Sophia by his side.

He was the beloved husband of Sophia (nee Zawadiwskyj) Holowatyj. A devoted father of Stephen (Carolyn) Holowatyj, Oksana (Paul) Besstak and Michael (Roma) Holowaty.

Loving grandfather of Daniel, Christina, Dennis, Philip and Amanda.  Dearest brother-in-law of Daniel (Doreen) Zawadiwskyi.  He was also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins in both United States and Ukraine.

Family will be present Wednesday 5-8 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem) where Panachyda Service will be held Wednesday at 7 PM and Thursday at 9:15 AM followed by a Funeral Liturgy at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church at 10 AM.

Interment will follow at St. Matthew's Cemetery, West Seneca, New York.
